Quality Customers Resource – HOT CENTER Membership Agreement
- Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Quality Customers Resource (“QCR”), and the individual or entity subscribing to the QCR HOT MEMBER subscription service (“Member”). By accessing and using the QCR website and its content, Member agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
- Subscription Services
2.1 QCR agrees to provide Member with access to premium information and resources related to Quality Customers, as described on the QCR website.
2.2 Member agrees to pay the subscription fee as specified on the QCR website, in exchange for access to the subscription services.
- Access and Use
3.1 Member shall have the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscription services for their personal or internal business purposes.
3.2 Member agrees not to share, distribute, or reproduce QCR’s content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from QCR.
- Term and Termination
4.1 The initial term of this Agreement shall commence upon the acceptance of Member’s subscription and continue for the duration specified on the QCR website.
4.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription term.
- Payment and Refunds
5.1 Member agrees to pay the subscription fee as specified on the QCR website, either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen subscription plan.
5.2 QCR does not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, except as required by applicable law.

6.1 QCR provides information and resources for educational and informational purposes only. QCR makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information provided.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sonoma County, California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between QCR and Member and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
